Responsibilities

Prospect and qualify potential customers through various lead generation methods such as cold calling, networking events, and referrals.

Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential customers, highlighting the features, benefits, and value proposition of our products or services.

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs, address their concerns, and provide appropriate solutions.

Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and negotiate contract terms with potential clients to close deals.

Continuously update and maintain accurate customer records, sales activities, and opportunities in the CRM system.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify potential business opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.

Collaborate with internal team, including marketing and customer support, to ensure customer satisfaction and timely responses to inquiries.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Sales Representative or in a similar sales role.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and influence potential customers.

Strong negotiation and closing skills with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.

Self-motivated and results-driven with a competitive spirit and a passion for sales.

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Solid understanding of sales techniques, sales processes, and customer relationship management.

Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in using productivity tools such as Microsoft Office or Google Suite.

Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and willingness to learn about new products or services.

Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for client meetings or industry events.
